This is pretty cool.

I am in the middle of a laundry renovation. And when I say ‘renovation’ I mean I just chucked out all the crap that belonged to everyone else and then hung some curtains.

I am so freaking Martha Stewart I scare myself.

Anyhoo, I decided to go to my new BFF Etsy to find a little somethin’ somethin’ to brighten up my washing day blues.

Just a little reminder that poetry doesn’t have to make sense. And at 200 bucks for a pencil scrawl on printer paper while regaining consciousness after that blow to the head, sorry pen and ink illustrated on archival Bristol Vellum paper, seems like a pretty sweet deal to me.

I hate camping.

I hate camping with the fire of a thousand tiny grains of dirt in my buttcrack. It’s dirty. It’s grimy. There’s little water. Brushing your teeth, washing your face, showering (if you’re lucky) is cumbersome and frustrating and if I never ever go camping again, that would be a-okay with me.

Because I am a bit of a princess.

*course I wouldn’t have to go camping in order to enjoy this. I could always wear it to bed and scare the crap out of my husband.

We all know Candy Spelling is a wackadoo, right? Her daughter Tori even wrote a book about it. I keep meaning to order it and read it but then something less shallow than a kiddie pool comes along and trumps it.

According to People:

“Spelling has three gift-wrapping rooms in the home (dudes, WTF?), including the smallest for everyday gifts (pictured). “When Liam was still coming to see me,” says Spelling of estranged daughter Tori’s 2-year-old son, “we changed his diapers right here on this table, so it’s good for all kinds of wrapping.”"

Oh hee, Candy. You so silly. Remind me never to accept a gift you wrapped on your grandbaby’s change table.

Anyway folks, forget those crazy Spellings and check this out. Artist Scott Hove has made a completely sculptured cake room that looks like if you got too close, it might eat you. Or yanno, blame your mother for everything in your life and write a book about it.

Adorable! And I can totally picture Tori Spelling wearing these – whether her mother told her to, or not.
