Child (annoyingly) “Mum… mum, mum, mum… mum, mummummummum… mum, mum, mum… mum… etc….”
Mum (bitterly) “To think how happy I was the first time you said that word.”

BTW, MJ doll = deeply, deeply unnecessary.

The Baby MJ looks, I don't know, somehow RIGHT to me. Maybe that's the look he was going for. I love that Family Guy episode.
