Well, I never said I’m ACTUALLY wear it… My sensibilities are just not totally offended by it’s existence. Can’t say the same for some of the other crafts you’ve posted, so in relation to those, this one? Not so bad.
I don’t see what’s wrong with it. I kind of like it. There’s a long standing tradition of having baby spoons made into ring so why not?

It’s like a spoon ring or spoon bracelet, I like it and want a pretty stone placed on the curled tine. However it would totally catch on things and drive me a bit nuts.

I’m with the rest on this one – I kinda like it and have seen rings made of old silver spoons and forks before. Though I do also think it would call the swift end to a sweater, so you’d have to be careful! As long as the handle is pretty, too, I think it’s cute and quirky. Toothbrush, on the other hand? Ew.
Not an all together HORRIBLE idea, creative. But yeah, it’s a FORK. You eat food with it. However, better than the toothbrush bracelet trend. Remember when piercing your fingernails was cool? I was getting my nails done today, and there was a lady that asked if they still did that, and she got it done, with purple tips with a silver line….CLASSY!

PIERCING YOUR FINGERNAILS?!?!?!?!
I have never heard of this before in my life and I am frightened o.o
.-= Shiyiya´s last post ..Not okay =-.
Those are quite common around here. They sell them at the markets and everyone seems to love them. I’ve always thought they were rather pretty. They make cufflinks and pendents as well : D
This is just what I’ve been looking for! How many times have I been trapped in the car with no cutlery and yummy smelling take out I am dying to tear into? Problem solved. No more eating rice with my fingers while driving, FTW!
I like this too, and it’s nicely done. It’s definitely not the first time anyone’s done this. I’ve got a small 1970s-era book on how to make jewelry from old silverware (spoon rings, etc.), and it has instructions on how to make fork bracelets.

Oddly, I think it’s kind of pretty. I’d wear it.

I have a fork ring that’s made from an antique fork. I know it’s antique because it still has the markings on the back.
I don’t know if I’d wear this, but it IS pretty.

Yeah, I’d actually wear this one I think. Although, I wasn’t as greatly opposed to the toothbrush one (I WOULDN’T wear the toothbrush though).
