Actually not, if it's cast it means the artist only recreated the bird feet's shape in gold, using a mold.
Because of that, I even like this one, unlike the taxidermed animal parts shown here while ago... XD

"Let’s just hope this isn’t the first in a whole line of gold-dipped foot jewelry. Up next, kiitty’s next kill — vole foot!!"

Has anyone seen kitty lately? Wait, someone on Etsy is selling cat feet cased in gold!

When I was last in the field in Sudan, the roof in the room I was staying in was comprised of straw, spiders, palm fronds, and a bird claw (in that order of quantity). Clearly, I should have kept the bird claw that landed on my luggage to make jewelry instead of pinching it between my fingers and flinging it into the courtyard while making an icky face.

I do metal casting (but nothing so gruesome as birds' feet). Just to ease some minds here, I can assure you that the process of casting in 14k gold would not allow for the real foot to be inside that gold casting.

Ok, well I guess I can handle it as long as it's rich and opulent. Oh wait -- NO.

Let's just hope this isn't the first in a whole line of gold-dipped foot jewelry. Up next, kiitty's next kill -- vole foot!!

this unusual pendant was created by casting a real sparrow foot into 14 karat gold. rich and opulent, this one is so amazing!

At least to me, it sounds like there's a real foot in there.

Surely it's cast from a mold of a foot? There's not actually a dead foot in there, right? Please say no.

Umm...not to be the spoil sport, but I am pretty sure that's illegal.

Whether she killed the sparrow or not, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act makes it illegal to possess (much less sell) any part of any of the birds under it's protection (the vast majority of birds found in the US, exceptions being pet, barnyard, and game birds), which I would assume sparrows are.
