No clue what that thing is composed of….hairballs sewn together….? Haven’t ever seen mouse-comprised owl poop but I imagine it would look something like this. Ack.

Yes! Aren’t those what owls poop out when they devour mice? It looks like a combination of owl pellets and shaped into a gauntlet. A gauntlet of owl poop. I can feel my dexterity rising already.

After I brush my cat, I take the hair and roll it in a wad ball thing for her to play with afterwards as a small reward for letting me brush her. (She hates being brushed, and the hair ball thing gets tossed after a day or two.) This sculpture could be made out of those hair ball things. But the real question I have about these pieces is – WHY?????

UUGH! $525 for that jacket is beyond highway robbery; it scares me to think that someone out there might actually wear it. I guess if you were dressing as a giant hairball for Halloween it might be appropriate. Or maybe as one of the goblins from Labyrinth.

It looks like someone sewed went on long crazypersonwalks through the forest for a month, gathering up a bunch of those mousebone balls that owls puke up, then sewed them together. I wonder if, during the collection phase, they kept them in a mousebone ball cozy. Made of felted dog hair and monkey poos. Possibly all of this was done as a final, culminating act of crazy.
