OK, I’ve seen colored hair and dreads and mohawks, all of which are kinda cool in their own way, but cut up crafting supplies as hair? I have not seen…. Gee, I wonder why. Oh yeah, because it’s stupid. I used that exact same purple foam stuff to make a mask for my kid on Halloween.
The lady could use it.

She might just be a tribal belly dancer. They wear creative hair falls like that… though some tribal people are emos too. From a stage, that stuff would look pretty cool on a tribal dancer.

Meh… Could of been worse.. The kid craft stuff in the fake dreads is kinda dumb, & the ladies face looks pretty bad, but the dreads themselves don’t look too bad.
