what is with the third arm? Is that supposed to be an arm? It looks kind of like a feeler…reaching out for that book. Kind of creepy the more I look at it.

It’s a wing tip. LOL fairy has wings shaped like a butterfly. Probably looks slightly less creepy from the back.
